Wedding Packages
Day Of Wedding Coordination
This package is designed for couples who have planned their wedding entirely on their own but require help to coordinate on the day of the event. This will ensure a seamless experience.
Our day includes pre event consultations. This will allow us to fully understand your vison.
-Meeting 2 to 3 months before wedding. Then again 1 month before
(To discuss day of coordination and if there are any changes to be made}
-Timeline confirmations with each vendor 2 months before wedding day then 1 month and day before.
-Monitor and supervise all decor set up
-Oversee ceremony and reception run as smoothly as possible

-Ushering guests if needs to seating
-All flowers/corsages and boutonnieres are designated properly.
- 1 planner and 1 assistant will attend. If any more required, there will be no additional charge.
-Bridal emergency kit always available
(Just never know when we have last minute issues}
This package starts at $1300
(An initial deposit of $500 is due upon signing of contract. Balance is due one month prior to wedding day.)
Full Wedding Day Coordination Package
Let us bring your dream wedding to life.
Our full package covers everything. From the initial concept to the final day.
This package will include:
Initial consultation.
Unlimited calls and meetings to discuss full planning
All planning of theme and colors
Venue and vendor recommendations. (We will assist you at all meetings)
Decor rentals(We will assist you when meeting with rental companies)
Booking all meetings with venues
Arranging all flowers, corsages and boutonnieres are handed out.
Making sure all vendors are paid day of or before wedding.
Oversee ceremony and reception run as smooth as possible.
Arrange hotel block for all out of town guests
1 planner and 1 assistant will attend. If the event requires additional staff, there will be no extra charge.
This package starts at : $2750
(Included in cost is also the day of wedding coordination)
(An initial deposit of $500 is due upon signing of contract. Followed by a payment plan with the balance after that plan due one month prior to wedding)
Set up and Take down Service
By choosing our services, you and your loved ones can fully enjoy every minute of your wedding without worrying about clean up or packing up afterwards. We have you covered!!
Our Service offers:
Consultation of what you would like for your decor.
Arrange a visit at venue to discuss the planning.
Decor rental options and will attend with you to discuss
Day of or before, set up the decor.
Clean up all decor at end of wedding.
This package starts at $750
(An initial deposit of $400 is due upon signing contract. Balance due one month prior to wedding)
Bartending Services
Bartending services are also available provided by our Pro Serve certified staff.
- All staff wear black and white attire unless otherwise stated by event coordinator.
-Bar will be set up and cleaned up after event.
-Cocktails mixed, serving of beer, wine, mocktails and non alcoholic drinks.
-All plastic cups, straws, napkins and condiments are supplied.
